- Unless noted otherwise, the images on this site belong to The Sinister District.
- Many of the entities featured on the show have never been recorded or photographed, so the Codex uses generated depictions created to closely resemble the guests' descriptions.
- The soundtrack cover art was illustrated and designed by Tokichi Studios.
- Episode covers marked "YouTube thumbnail" are the show's own video thumbnails from its YouTube channel.
